Given the importance of this strategic process you will need to make decisions about the method(s) for gathering that data, several of which are discussed in more detail in the section on 'Insight'. Once all the research is accomplished, appropriate reporting and presentation of the data will identify what deviations need integrating within the business to meet the company's objectives.
