Background

Businesses need to evolve through the development of its directors, its staff, its products and its services. As a professional marketing company we understand this perhaps more than most. When we formed in May 2004 as an LLP our primary goal was to supply direct marketing communications to both B2B and B2C companies, but the range of services and the skills we provide today are much more comprehensive than they were then. Communications remain an integral part of our service provision, but they are solely a means to an end.

We converted to Limited business in May 2006 and with it came a new determination and increased focus. The Directors identified, that in the case of specific target groups, many businesses simply did not employ a skilled marketer, believing that they themselves could deliver marketing 'in-house'. In fact much of our research identified that the marketing was often the responsibility of the individual who ordered the company's office stationery, or the director who had the least amount of available time, not an ideal solution if you need to analyse and plan the next stages in your organisations development.

Needless to say marketing was only ever conducted when organisations were in a quiet period, at a time when results were expected immediately and when planning took a back seat.

Today, Genesis DM brings its comprehensive support, predominantly to the B2B markets that have the most to gain from our services.
