We use a range of tools for capturing client data: address verification software, barcode scanning, manual input, online surveys, or a combination of several methods. We understand the data we capture will be integrated into your systems, so we don't provide you with a 'GIGO' (garbage in, garbage out) service. All data is captured entirely in-house, here in the UK, because we appreciate the risk to companies that rely on poor data. Understanding the significance of what we do provides our clients with the assurance they can use the data confidently in subsequent communications. Whether the captured data comes from an online or postal survey, a questionnaire or a simple coupon, our efficient service will provide the data back to you in a suitable format. On completion any hard copies will be securely destroyed, providing you a certificate of destruction to safeguard your business from any data, or environmental breaches of responsibility or financial loss.

Current legislation prevents companies using online channels for communicating with those prospects who have not 'opted-in' for your communications. In these cases other methods such as postal or face-to-face surveys are necessary.

Understanding this kind of detail helps identify patterns and trends and provides us with a means to measure subsequent campaigns.
