To champion the value of close collaboration, team development and effective communication we're hosting the 'Genesis Cup', a team sailing event for businesses with staff predominantly, or entirely, of non-sailing ability.

• For businesses to keep ahead of the game, its staff must confidently face new commercial challenges and possibilities in order to succeed

• Identify management skills in your staff you didn't know they possessed
  
• Network and compete against other businesses in an exciting and mentally demanding way
  
• Use the event to develop multiple teams at modest cost and with maximum engagement and or include it as part of your apprenticeship training programme
